Class Management Strategies
Coaches need to be equipped with effective strategies that engage, motivate and manage the athletes; create supportive environments in which the coach remains positive; and encourage the learning and development of children.
Step into GfA
Gymnastics training is traditionally very structured, so this workshop will introduce coaches to some fun and innovative ideas to spice up their classes and keep the children coming back week after week. Everything from fun games, to new GfA programs that will be sure to add a little variety to your class programming.
Introduction to Strength and Conditioning
Conditioning is one of the most important aspects in gymnastics training and coaches need to plan their conditioning to be successful. This workshop will go through everything you need to do to ensure you’re giving your competitive and non-competitive athletes the best strength and conditioning activities.
Circuits are one of the most vital tools for any gymnastics program regardless of a gymnasts age or ability. This workshop will inspire coaches to use equipment in new and exciting ways to maximise participation.
