Tatiana Kozadaeva - High Performance Coach - Le Ray Academy
As a talented Russian-born gymnast, beginning her Rhythmic Gymnastics training when she was five years old, Tatiana joins our new High Performance Coaching Team to assist in the future development of our NSW athletes in preparation for the 2018 Commonwealth Games and beyond.
Tatiana commenced her illustrious Rhythmic Gymnastics career as an athlete where she excelled as a member of the Russian National Team from 2001-2004 and reached the level of ‘Master Sport’. She went on to form a dedicated high performance coaching consulting company with Irina Belova (Olympic champion) and in this role worked in collaboration with many of the world’s leading clubs, governments and organisations to improve the standard of their gymnasts.
Tatiana brings a wealth of international experience to the High Performance Centre having most recently worked with gymnastics from Japan, Malaysia and Singapore, where she held the title of Head Coach, responsible for training the team to be at Olympic qualifying standard. Tatiana was instrumental in improving their technique, training programs, choreography and apparatus skills, leading the Singapore gymnasts successfully through internal Singapore Government and Asian competitions. In 2016 she has been consulting for the Portuguese and Italian Federations of Gymnastics, developing long term training plans for their National Teams and travelling to many international clinics and camps over the past few months.
