Pre-course Requirements

Must have a minimum of  being competent in the ADV Tumbling and Spring Module 1 in GFA, WAG, MAG, ACR* or TUM*. 
* Bar elements have now been included in the Workshop material, so coaches with ACR or TUM accreditation's are eligible to attend a Workshop.
