Four Gymnastics Leaders to get International Education Experience

Come January 2020, four gymnastics leaders from clubs across NSW will be heading off on the learning experience of a lifetime to grow both their gymnastics and leadership knowledge in Denmark.

Kent Felton (Manly Warringah Gymnastics Club), Brianna Martin (YMCA Epping/ St Ives),  Simon Harriman (Gymtastic Kids) and Rhianna Howlett (Ultimate Gymnastics) have been awarded LEAP Scholarships to study a chosen area of gymnastics at the renowned Academy of Physical Education in Ollerup, Denmark.

Each recipient is eager to use their experience to contribute to a different aspect of gymnastics in NSW and GNSW is so excited to see where this opportunity takes them within the sport.

GNSW congratulates Kent, Brianna, Simon and Rhianna on their scholarships and wishes them the best of luck for their time at Ollerup!

2020 bring with it a number of opportunities for aspiring gymnastics leaders to grow their leadership skills to support their immediate and wider community.

With LEAP Camp, Conference and the Youth Panel, as well as another round of scholarships, keep your eyes on the GNSW LEAP website on ways to get involved.
