2013 WG TECHNICAL HAND BOOK

The 2013 NSW WG Technical Handbook is now available to download. Please read the information carefully to avoid any complications at competitions. Please remember that the NSW Technical regulations should be used in conjunction with the FIG Code of Points and Technical Regulations, and the Gymnastics Australia Technical Commission Regulations and any other supporting documents regarding Women's Gymnastics in NSW. 

Please contact the relevant Sports Management Committee (SMC) member for any specific questions.

Levels 1-3 Preparation Requirements

Levels 1 -3 Preparation has been developed by Gymnastics Australia to provide an area of participation for gymnasts that still wish to compete in Levels 1-3 at a reduced training level. All competiton rules and information are published in the 2012 WG Technical Handbook above.

For details of the routines, please refer to the Gymnastics Australia WG National Levels Program Manual.
