2010 Sanctioned Competitions
Welcome to the 2010 GymNSW Sanctioning events competition page
In 2010 we have altered the description for the two types of Santioned Events to assist with understanding the differences between the two options; clubs can apply to host a Qualifying Event or a 'Friendly' event - Friendly event results CANNOT be used for entry into State Events*. For more information on each please see the procedure documents.
Below is all the information you will need in order to apply to host a sanctioned competition in 2010, before sending in forms to GymNSW please ensure you have all the documents in the checklist completed. Forms received by GymNSW incomplete in 2010 will be returned to the applicant for re-submission.
2010 Qualifying Event Applications have CLOSED for 2010
Clubs can still apply to host 'Friendly' Events; forms must be submitted 2 months prior to proposed event date.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- ALL QUALIFYING EVENTS MUST be conducted and completed PRIOR to the published closing date for entries into that respective State Event.
- All results and judging panels are to be received by the Gymnastics NSW Office the immediate Monday following the event; for final sanctioning approval.
- Judging Panels
- A reminder that judging panels for ALL sanctioned events must be sent to the respective gymsport judging coordinator at least 2 weeks prior to the competition.
If this can't be done you must contact the gymsport judging coordinator to discuss the possible panels to ensure they meet the minimum requirements.
Once the competition has been run the final panels are to be sent to the gymsport judging coordinator and GNSW at events@gymnsw.org.au for final sanctioning approval along with the report form and electronic results.
Thanks in advance for ensuring this occurs to avoid a competition being denied final sanctioning.
- A reminder that judging panels for ALL sanctioned events must be sent to the respective gymsport judging coordinator at least 2 weeks prior to the competition.
*Women's Gymnastics State Stream level gymnasts can obtain their competition score from a Friendly event for entry into the NSW State Stream Championships.
