Men's Gymnastics Level 7 - 9 Training Day

To promote friendships, increased cooperation and the shaing of knowledge the MG Commission has commissioned a levels training day on a date TBA at the Australian Academy of Gymnastics - Knox Road Belmore. Training will commence at 9.00am and conclude at 12.00 midday. The sessions are open to all gymnasts training in level 7 - 9 however gymnasts should attend the training day with their coach as gymnasts will be expected to train with their existing coach on the day. The idea of a collective session is to share knowledge not for the gymnasts to be trained by another coach. The training day will cost $10.00 which is payable on the day to Antoine.

All programs competing in 7 - 9 are encouraged to attend as it is anticipated that by sharing training techniques and working together NSW will once again become the dominant Men's Gymnastics state in Australia.
