Affiliation Checklist

Before you submit the paperwork have you...

- Correctly filled it and signed all the necessary affiliation documentation?

- Updated all mailing and contact information

- Have you read the National Affiliation Standards and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of Affiliation with GNSW?

- Do you have the required level of Public Liability Insurance or have you taken out the National Insurance Premium? (please attach copy if applicable)

- All programs offered by the club have a coach with the specific and current accreditation to coach the program?

- Do you have a trained Member Protection Officer?

- Attached a copy of your business registration/ copy of Incorporation & Constitution

- Have all staff complete a  Working With Children Check?

- Have all coaches to send off their technical membership renewals to Gymnastics Australia?
