Fundraising Opportunity for Clubs - Brisbane-based activity

Gymnastics Australia is looking for clubs or interested groups to assist in the set-up & pack-up of the competition floors for the upcoming Aerobics & Cheerleading Australian Championships in Brisbane. This is an ideal fundraising opportunity for clubs as you will earn money for your efforts.

There are two chances to become involved in this amazing event …………….

Aerobics Competition Floor - September 12 & 16.
The set-up for the aerobics floor will need to occur on the Wednesday evening of 12 September. Pack-up is scheduled for the Sunday evening, 16 September. The floor will be set up in the Chandler Theatre at the Sleeman Complex. The set-up takes approximately 3 hours, though the pack-up is substantially faster. Experience of setting up an aerobics floor is an advantage but not necessary. Payment for this task will be $2,000.

Artistic Competition Sprung Floor - September 13 & 16.
The set-up for the sprung floor will need to occur on the Thursday evening of 13 September. Pack-up is scheduled for the Sunday evening, 16 September. The floor will be set up in the Chandler Arena at the Sleeman Complex. The set-up takes approximately 2 hours, though the pack-up is substantially faster. Experience of setting up a spring floor is an advantage but not necessary. Payment for this task will be $1,200.
