The gym is an awesome place to learn, improve and work on goals throughout training. But sometimes it’s easy to forget exactly what you’re working towards. Or, you might have an idea but there’s no clear plan on how to get there.
It helps keep gymnasts refreshed at training and when big goals are broken down into smaller, actionable goals, it can unlock a real sense of achievement.
